Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro cities: 4–8 business days
Non-metro / remote locations: 7–12 business days

courier partner delays, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions or
unforeseen logistical issues.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment
confirmation. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Delays

occur due to external factors such as courier service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete
address details, recipient unavailability, or natural events. In such cases, we appreciate your
patience and cooperation.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If
delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or the
recipient being unreachable, the order may be cancelled or returned to origin. Any additional
shipping or handling charges (if applicable) incurred may be deducted before processing a
refund or store credit.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated on the website or
product page.

Ownership and risk associated with the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery or upon the first delivery attempt made at the shipping address provided during checkout.
