Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. We carefully check every product to make sure it meets our
quality standards. That said, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be needed, and we’re here to help when that happens.
This Return, Exchange and Refund Policy are applicable to all purchases made through our
Shopify store and Instagram store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms
outlined below.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery via us via email
(dolaherbykurtaka@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (8981293514) . Requests raised beyond this period will not be considered. Returns or exchanges are permitted only in cases where the
wrong product has been delivered, or there is a size issue (provided the product is unused and unwashed) or a manufacturing defect is identified, or the item is received in a damaged or missing condition. To process such requests, customers must provide a valid order ID, an
unboxing video or clear images, and ensure that the product is returned in its original
condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Condition Requirements
Return or exchange requests will be rejected if the product shows signs of use, washing or
damage, if the original tags or packaging are missing, or if the item has stains, perfume
marks, odor, or any visible signs of wear. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us via email
(dolaherbykurtaka@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (8981293514) and share the required images
or unboxing video for verification. Once approved, a pickup will be arranged where reverse
pickup services are available. After the product is received, it will be inspected by our team,
and the refund or exchange will be processed only upon successful quality verification. In
cases where reverse pickup is not available at the customer’s location, the customer will be
required to arrange the return shipment independently.
Refund Mode
Refunds shall be issued in the form of UPI. Shipping charges is non-refundable under all
circumstances. Refund will be processed after product is received at our end intact. This
process may take 7 to 10 days
Exchange Terms
Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues and are subject to stock availability. If
the requested size is unavailable, refunds will be initiated .
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item has been delivered, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a parcel opening or unboxing video as proof. Requests received after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as a return and processed in accordance with this policy.
